Barrio Viejo and South Tucson have historic adobe, where cement over the wall traps moisture. Oro Valley, Sahuarita and Green Valley run on HOA colour palettes and board approval. Vail and Marana are newer one-coat stucco over foam. East Tucson has three-coat walls with fifty years of monsoons behind them. The Foothills and Dove Mountain are custom hillside homes with more trim and detail.
